Our Pricing Model

With our flat, but flexible Basic Message Plan, you can choose the call volume that works best for your business. Get 40 or 100 calls per month at a basic flat rate. 

Should the call volume exceed the 40 or 100 calls in the monthly prepaid plan, you will be billed for the “overage calls” at $0.89 per call.

You may increase or decrease the prepaid call plan at any time by simply emailing your request.

Operators will request the following caller information:

  • Name
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Phone number
  • What the call is regarding
  • Other requests you specify, such as email, address, where did you hear about us, etc.*

Advanced Message Taking

Our Advanced Message Taking plan also allows appointment setting on your calendar and live call transfer. With live call transfer, the operator will put the caller on hold and attempt to call you or your associates. If you are available and wish to take the call, it will be transferred. If you are not available or do not wish to take the call, then the operator returns to the caller and takes a message.
